Jason brings a wide range of experience working with individuals from 3 to 70 years of age. With experience working in environments that include schools, residential, community, and home programs, Jason is able to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and create effective behavior plans for all classrooms and environments. As the Executive Director of School Consultation, Jason provides clinical and organizational leadership to the regions of Central and Northern New Jersey. Jason focuses on the prevention of disproportionality in special education and assisting school districts to maintain Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). With a specialty of working with severe problem behavior, he has been successful in transitioning students back into the public school district from home instruction or an out of district placement. Although he has much experience with the Autism population, a substantial proclivity for working with at risk general education learners, as well as the BD/ ED population has emerged. Jason uses his comprehensive knowledge of behavior analytic principles to not only work with students, but also work with teachers, Child Study Team members, and Directors to create a more successful environment in the individual classrooms and schools.
