Katherine Bullock currently serves as a Budget Officer at the NC Department of Environmental Quality since March 2021, where responsibilities include preparing budget revisions and managing funding allocations. In addition, Katherine holds the position of Senior Analyst and Business Officer at the North Carolina Community College System since January 2020, focusing on the accuracy of financial reports and compiling annual data forms. Previous roles include Administrative Officer at the NC Department of Justice, where duties encompassed managing financial records and contracts, and Executive Assistant supporting the Deputy Chief of Staff/CFO. Early career experience includes an Office Assistant role at the North Carolina Museum of History. Katherine earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and associate degrees in Accounting and Engineering from Wake Technical Community College and Halifax Community College, respectively.
