Curtis Flowers is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in logistics and management. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Brenntag since December 2024, Flowers previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Univar Solutions from March 2019 to January 2025 and served as Distribution Plant Manager at Nexeo Solutions, LLC from May 2012 to February 2019. Prior roles include DC General Manager at Hart & Cooley from January 2011 to May 2012 and Logistics Group Leader at Target from 2001 to January 2011, where additional responsibilities included Human Resources Business Partner and Operations Group Leader. Curtis Flowers holds a Master's degree in Management from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Auburn University at Montgomery.
