Christian Schepers has extensive work experience in strategy, M&A, and business support roles. Christian began their career at EY as a Senior Consultant from September 2007 to March 2012. Christian then joined Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Manager in M&A Services from April 2012 to November 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Global VP Strategy & M&A Scent & Care at Symrise AG, a position they have held since May 2021. Prior to this, they were the VP Global Business Support / Strategy & M&A Fragrance Division at Symrise AG from December 2016 to May 2021.

Christian Schepers attended EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 2002 to 2007, where they received a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. In 2005, they also studied at New York University School of Law for a year, earning an Advanced Diploma of Corporate and Commercial Law, specializing in Business Law.
