Thomas Hain is a highly experienced Network Design Engineer at o2 Germany since July 1998, currently serving as a senior core network and voice services design engineer with a focus on VoLTE technical leadership and network/service design. Key responsibilities include designing mobile voice services, planning mobile core networks, creating technical contracts, managing vendor relations, and developing business cases and budget plans. Prior to o2 Germany, Thomas worked at T-Mobile from March 1997 to June 1998 as an IN Service Design Engineer, specializing in the creation of specifications for IN services and implementing IN service development. Thomas holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Telecommunications from the Technical University of Munich, obtained between 1989 and 1996.
