Jerome Gayles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Jerome started their career as a Tech Support Analyst at SA IT Services Inc. in 2008. Jerome then joined Comcast in 2009 as a Customer Account Executive and later transitioned to the role of Help Desk Analyst. In 2017, Jerome joined PartsTrader LLC as a Support Specialist II until 2019. Most recently, they worked at Cision as a Customer Support Specialist before being promoted to a Customer Success Associate in 2022, where they are currently employed.

Jerome Gayles obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from East-West University in 2013.
