Jeff Dicker has over 17 years of professional experience. Jeff began their career in 2003 as an Inventory Analyst at Exel Inc. In 2007, they moved to MediaNews Group Interactive as a Web Analyst. In 2008, they became a Product Specialist at RealEyes Connect LLC. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Lead Product Specialist at eSyncTraining and a Product Specialist/QA Engineer at OrthoFi. Jeff then moved to RealEyes Media as a Senior Customer Success Manager and is currently a Senior Solutions Engineer at Brandfolder.

Jeff Dicker attended the University of Colorado Denver from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Business Administration. Jeff has also obtained certifications such as Demo2Win! from 2Win! in June 2021, as well as Adobe Certified Master Instructor (ACMI) - Adobe Connect, Adobe Presenter and Adobe Certified Professional Expert (ACPE) - Adobe Connect, Adobe Presenter from Adobe.
