Chuck D'Antonio has over 15 years of experience in the software industry. In 2004, they began their career at Systinet as the Director of Professional Services. In 2006, they moved to Mercury Interactive as the SOA Consulting Manager for the Americas. In 2007, they became the Global Practice Manager of SOA at HP Software, and in 2008 they took on the role of Senior Director of Professional Services at Acquia and Web Site Advisor at PSVillage - Professional Services Executive Community. In 2010, they became Vice President of Global Markets Technology at State Street. In 2016, they joined Pivotal, Inc. as an Advisory Platform Architect. In 2020, they moved to VMware Tanzu as a Staff Solution Architect, and in 2021 they became Manager of Solution Architecture at OutSystems. Currently, they are the Director of Solutions Engineering at Replicated.

Chuck D'Antonio earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Bates College in 1995, having attended the college from 1991 to 1995.
