Li-or Zach has worked in a number of different roles since 2007. In 2009, they began working as a saleswoman, shift manager, and head of the digital, media, and games department for Steimatzky. In 2011, they took on a role as a saleswoman, photo-lab worker, and graphic artist for SOS express photo service ltd. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a researcher PhD candidate and functioning lab manager of a BSL-2 level lab at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In 2015, they took on the role of a biology instructor at Belmonte Science Laboratories Center. Finally, in 2021, they began working as a Customer Success Manager for Labguru. In this role, they are responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients, creating a high-quality customer experience, and introducing features of the software that can promote the clients' success.

Li-or Zach's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Genetics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, obtained between 2014 and 2021. Zach also holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, Bio-Med from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, obtained between 2016 and 2019. Prior to that, Zach obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Human/Medical Genetics from Tel Aviv University between 2011 and 2014. Zach's educational history began with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Molecular Biology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
