Katie Himes is a Senior Project Manager at Brady Corporation since July 2022 and has been an Engineering Consultant at Novidan, Inc. since September 2020, where Katie also held positions as Senior Systems Engineer and Technical Lead. With extensive experience in hearing aid product development, Katie has been involved in technical leadership, program management, and cross-functional team collaboration, focusing on electrical, mechanical, RF, and acoustic design aspects. Notable accomplishments include automation in testing, issue management, interfacing with large customers, and managing medical device processes. Previous roles include significant contributions at Starkey Hearing, where Katie led product development and systems engineering initiatives, and various engineering positions at Emerson.
