Silvia Garzarelli Doria has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Silvia is currently serving as the Head of Branches & Payment Processes GE in Business Organization Processes at BPER Banca since November 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Channels, Digital Innovation, Payment and Deposit Processes at Banca Carige spa from August 2015 to December 2022. Silvia also worked as a Senior Analyst and Project Manager at Banca Carige spa from October 2009 to August 2015.

Before joining Banca Carige spa, Silvia worked at Barclays Bank as a Business Analyst and Project Manager from July 2008 to October 2009. Silvia also gained valuable experience at FinecoBank where they served in various roles such as a Process Analyst, Project Manager, and Test Manager from August 2004 to July 2008.

Silvia started their career at Atos Origin as a Technical Analyst and Test Manager from November 2002 to July 2004. Prior to that, they worked at medan as a Software Engineer and Test Specialist from September 2001 to November 2002.

Silvia Garzarelli Doria completed their undergraduate studies in Engineering with a focus on TLC&Electronic engineering at Università degli Studi di Genova, from 1995 to 2001. Silvia then obtained an additional qualification for the profession of Engineer at the same university in 2001.
