Thomas Bond is an accomplished leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Biofuels Growth for bp in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, where the focus is on expanding biofuels production to support global energy transition goals. With a strong background in drilling engineering and management, Thomas has held various roles within bp, including Senior Drilling Engineer and Business Advisor to the CEO, contributing to significant projects such as the launch of bp's net zero strategy and major acquisitions. Additionally, experience includes serving as Head of the Program Management Office for the Sustainable Markets Initiative and managing bp's Strategic Partnership with the World Economic Forum.
