Dale Franks has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dale started their career in 1996 as the Director of Technology Services at Soft-Train, where they directed programming and networking consulting services and trained instructors. From 1997 to 1999, Dale worked at SAIC as a Contract Technologist. Dale then joined EDSI, Inc. in 1999 as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they analyzed business and information systems processes, collected user requirements, and developed application specifications. In 2010, Dale became the Chief Information Officer at 3Media Partners LLC, a role they held until 2016. Dale then joined BP Logix, Inc. in 2014 as a Business Solutions Manager, where they created product documentation, managed the Technical Support Request system, and conducted product training for customers. In addition to their professional roles, Dale also served as an Adjunct Professor of Business at Park University starting in 2013.
Dale Franks obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Western Governors University from the years 2005 to 2006. Dale then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration degree in Management and Strategy from the same institution from 2006 to 2008. In addition, Dale Franks holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional, which was obtained from Microsoft in May 2000.
