Marc Williams, CPA, CITP, CGMA, serves as a Principal Consultant at Boxley Group, focusing on financial advisory, process improvement, and disruptive technologies since April 2019. Previously, Marc held roles including Advisory Board Member at eQuine Holdings, LLC, Senior Consultant at Sirius Solutions, LLLP, Director of Financial Shared Services and Internal Controls at Air Liquide America, Vice President of Internal Audit at NCI Building Systems, and Internal Audit Director at IKON Office Solutions. Early career experience includes various progressive financial positions at Union Carbide Corporation, culminating in the SAP system implementation. Marc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
