Paul Kolin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, education, and tax management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Information System Administrator, US Payroll, and Global Mobility Lead at Gentherm since October 2021, Paul has successfully managed key HR operations and system integrations across global sites. In the educational sector, Paul holds roles on the Bloomfield Hills Schools Board, including President, where efforts included sourcing and vetting a new Superintendent. Previously, Paul worked at EY as the People Advisory Services Office Leader, organizing valuable client events focused on Diversity and Inclusion. With a strong background in tax management as a Senior Tax Manager at PwC, Paul provided services to senior executives and clients while introducing innovative systems for tax accounting. Paul holds an MBA in Accounting from Baruch College and a BS in Social Sciences from Binghamton University.
