Flavia Quitadamo has extensive work experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate law. Flavia started their career as a legal intern at Studio legale Perroni e associati in 2011. Flavia then worked as a legal intern at Studio Legale Sesti from 2012 to 2013. Flavia continued their legal training at Studio legale Gattai, Minoli, Agostinelli & Partners, where they served as a "Praticante Avvocato" from 2013 to 2015. Flavia then became an Avvocato at the same firm from 2015 to 2017. Flavia further expanded their legal expertise by working as a Legal Counsel at Gucci in 2017. Flavia then joined IGPDecaux as a Legal Counsel in 2018 and held the position until 2022. Currently, Flavia is serving as a Product Development Manager at Bowlpros since September 2022.

Flavia Quitadamo obtained their Diploma in 2006 from Liceo Scientifico Cannizzaro. Flavia then pursued their undergraduate degree at Università degli Studi Roma TRE, where they earned a Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza in 2011. During their studies, Flavia also participated in an Erasmus program at Universidad de Salamanca from 2008 to 2009.
