Katie Mollet is an experienced professional in the wine and spirits industry, currently serving as the National Accounts/Product Manager at Boutinot Wines since August 2015. Prior to this role, Katie held various positions including Wine Sourcing Manager at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, Wine Buyer at Waitrose, and multiple roles at Asda, including Wine Selector and Wine Product Development Manager. Katie began their career at Asda as a Spirits Trading Assistant. An educational background from Durham University includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Combined Arts with a focus on French, Italian, and Business Studies.
