Aishat Bislieva is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Boule Diagnostics AB since October 2022, Aishat has played a pivotal role within the Executive Team to enhance employee engagement, evidenced by notable improvements in employee survey scores. Prior experience includes over six years at AFRY, where Aishat held various key positions including Head of HR Sweden, and Director of Talent and Rewards. Aishat's career began in diverse roles across HR at Aker Solutions, Gottlieb Paludan Architects, and as a humanitarian aid worker after arriving in Norway as a refugee. Aishat holds a Master of Arts from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
