Advise Fele MSc PM, BA, FIISA, AIISA has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries. They started their career as an Intern at Barclays in 2008 before moving on to work as a Research Supervisor at Quantum Consultants in 2009. In 2010, they joined Choppies Group of Companies as a Trainee Manager.

In 2011, Advise Fele joined Botswana Insurance Company and held various roles including Graduate Trainee, Assistant Claims Supervisor, Senior Underwriter, Claims Manager, and most recently, Chief Operations Officer since October 2022.

As a Senior Underwriter, they were responsible for managing underwriting processes, implementing technical strategies, and ensuring profitability of the business. Their tenure at Botswana Insurance Company demonstrates their progression and expertise in the insurance industry.

Advise Fele holds an extensive education history in various fields. In 2005, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Sciences, with a focus on Economics and Psychology, from the University of Botswana.

In 2012, Advise Fele pursued further education in the field of Insurance and obtained a Fellowship (FIISA) from UNISA.

Advise Fele continued their professional development in management by completing the New Manager's Development Programme at Stellenbosch Business School in 2014. In 2017, they also completed the Manager's Development Programme from the same institution.

In 2020, Advise Fele obtained a certification in "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust" from LinkedIn.

Currently, Advise Fele is pursuing a Master's degree in Project Management (MSc Project Management) at The University of Bolton, which they are expected to complete between 2021 and 2023.

Additionally, they are enrolled in the Senior Leadership Development Programme at Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development, which they are set to complete in 2023. The program focuses on enhancing their knowledge and skills in organizational leadership.
