Louis Qualls currently serves as Vice President of Fission and Fusion Systems at Boston Government Services, LLC, since November 2022. Prior to this role, Louis held the position of Research Director at the FedEx Institute of Technology at The University of Memphis from February 2022 to November 2022, where an emphasis was placed on interdisciplinary research and innovation across energy, defense, and AgriTech sectors. Louis also has prior experience as a Distinguished Researcher at Oak Ridge National Laboratory and served as Research Director at the FedEx Institute of Technology at The University of Memphis for a brief period in February 2022.
