Katherine M. Alitz is the Senior Vice President and Director of Dispositions and Special Assets at Boston Capital Corporation, a position held since January 1998. With extensive experience in the affordable housing sector, Katherine served on the Board of Directors for the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing from 2002 to 2016, contributing to the organization’s mission of supporting participants in the affordable rural housing profession. Additionally, Katherine was a past board member of the Charlestown Mothers Association from 2003 to 2008, which focuses on community strengthening in Charlestown, MA. Katherine holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from UMass Boston.
