Catharina Paffhausen is an experienced professional with a focus on human resources and coaching. Currently serving as a freelance systemic coach for women since March 2021, Catharina also holds the position of HR Development Consultant at BOS GmbH & Co. KG since April 2019. Previous roles include Program Manager for Corporate Programs and Business Development at Steinbeis-Hochschule School of Management and Innovation from November 2017 to March 2019, and Program Manager at ADG Business School an der Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin from August 2014 to October 2017. Additionally, Catharina gained experience as a student assistant in HR Development at Puma from September 2013 to April 2014 and worked as an executive assistant at Volksbank RheinAhrEifel eG from February 2011 to February 2012.
