Nayvi Sosa serves as the Talent Acquisition & HR Director at AutoZone since May 2018, overseeing recruitment strategies and human resources initiatives. Prior to this role, Nayvi held the position of Talent Acquisition Center for Latin America and the Caribbean Supervisor at Eaton from September 2006 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing and developing a team of talent acquisition consultants and leading executive search processes. Earlier in Nayvi's career at Eaton, the role of Recruiting and Training Coordinator involved managing the talent acquisition process across several Latin American countries, collaborating closely with hiring and human resources managers.
