Ben Rapinoja is a Partner at Borenius Attorneys Ltd since 2006 and currently serves as the Head of the firm's Intellectual Property Disputes and Regulatory Practice. With a strong background in patent and IP litigation, contractual arrangements, and corporate transactions within the electronics, ICT, high-tech, pharmaceutical, chemistry, and life science sectors, Ben has played a key role in shaping legal strategies at Borenius since joining in 2000. Prior to this, Ben worked as a legal advisor and Government Secretary at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Finland, handling intellectual property rights and representing the Finnish Government in various EU and international forums. Additionally, Ben trained at the District Court of Helsinki in 1996-1997. Ben holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Helsinki, earned between 1989 and 1993.
