Rafael Ferreira de Castro currently serves as the Vice-President of the Commission of Labor Law at OAB/DF since July 2019 and has been a partner at Ferreira e Freitas Advogados since January 2012. Additionally, Rafael has held positions of Coordinator and Coordinador of the Law Course at Faculdade Fortium since February 2018 and June 2015, respectively, while also contributing as a professor. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Labor Law and International Labor Relations from Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero (2014-2018) and a specialization in Law from UDF Centro Universitário (2009-2011).
