Giannino Martin is an accomplished professional in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Deputy Director at Boralex Inc. since February 2018, Giannino leads a newly created team focused on enhancing performance and reliability while minimizing operational risks for renewable assets in France. Prior to this role, Giannino held the position of Operation & Maintenance Senior Manager at BORALEX (formerly Enel Green Power France) from October 2008 to February 2018, contributing significantly to its operations following its acquisition by Boralex. Earlier career experiences include roles at GE - Thermodyn and GE Oil & Gas, where Giannino demonstrated expertise in team leadership, commercial management, and quality programs such as Six Sigma. Giannino holds an MBA from emlyon business school and an Engineer's degree from Università degli Studi di Udine.
