Arun is currently serving as the Head of Customer Success, Asia Pacific and Japan at Boomi, where they lead a team focused on providing exceptional customer experiences and driving value from their Boomi investments. Prior to this, Arun held the position of Customer Success Director at Dell Boomi APJ, where they acted as a trusted advisor to large enterprises in their cloud and digital transformation journeys. Before joining Boomi and Dell, Arun worked at Rubicon Red as a Principal Consultant and Platform as a Service Lead, overseeing innovation, architecture, solutions, and DevOps for Oracle's Platform as a Service and Application Development. Arun also has experience as a Middleware Architect at Dell, a Software Engineer at Aricent Holdings Pvt. Ltd., and a Senior Programmer at Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, where they completed an integration project for Avaya Inc. Arun's expertise lies in technology architecture, iPaaS, cloud solutions, and customer success.
Arun Pareek completed their B. Tech degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar from 2003 to 2007. Arun also completed their High School education at St. Thomas' School from 2000 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Arun has obtained several certifications, including the Oracle Management Cloud Implementation Specialist, Oracle BPM Implementation Specialist, Oracle SOA Suite Implementation Certification, IASA Foundation 101/102, Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit (JET) 4.0, and Oracle Mobile Cloud Service Developer.
