Alex Hennessey currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at DroneDeploy, having progressed through various roles within the company since April 2018. Prior to DroneDeploy, Alex worked at Sellpoints, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager and later as a Customer Success and Production Associate, focusing on enhancing customer engagement through compelling storytelling. Alex also held the position of Production Manager for the Otter Realm, the student-run newspaper at California State University, Monterey Bay, where responsibilities included design and marketing material creation. Additionally, Alex contributed as a Graphic Designer for Everyone's Harvest, leading a marketing campaign for the non-profit organization. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Monterey Bay.
