Nadine Vassallo-Frohne's work experience includes positions at various companies. Nadine is currently the Director of Operations at Bookshop since September 2020. Before that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at FOLD Gallery from August 2020 to September 2020, and the General Manager from May 2019 to August 2020. Nadine served as the Store Manager at Book Soup, Inc. from January 2016 to May 2019. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at the Book Industry Study Group from October 2011 to December 2015. Nadine also worked as a Program Coordinator at Columbia University from November 2010 to October 2011. Nadine started their career as a Publicity and Marketing Assistant at Penguin Publishing Group from March 2010 to November 2010. Additionally, they gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Phaidon from October 2009 to March 2010, and as a Bookseller at Borders from October 2009 to March 2010. Before that, they worked as a Public Information Coordinator at WHYY from September 2008 to September 2009, and as a Volunteer Coordinator at Neighborhood Bike Works from April 2007 to August 2008.

Nadine Vassallo-Frohne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Gender, Culture, and Society from the University of Pennsylvania, which they completed in 2008. In February 2019, they obtained the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
