Sean Bridges has a diverse work experience in various companies, starting with their current role as Vice President of Enterprise Health Plan Growth & Strategy at Alegeus since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Strategic Accounts and Director of Strategic Accounts & Initiatives at Alegeus from 2019 to 2022 and 2017 to 2018 respectively. Sean also worked as an Account Executive for Strategic Accounts from 2016 to 2017 at the same company. Before joining Alegeus, Sean worked as a Management Consultant at Slalom Consulting from 2014 to 2016, where they focused on designing and building strategies for clients. Sean also held the position of Management Consultant at The North Highland Company from 2011 to 2014, assisting clients in defining strategies and streamlining operations. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Engineer/Program Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff in the USA (now WSP USA) from 2006 to 2011, a Consulting Engineer/Team Lead at Cubellis in 2005, and a Consulting Engineer at Cannon Design from 2004 to 2005.

Sean Bridges completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Merrimack College from 1999 to 2004.
