Robely Jay Sayson has a diverse work experience starting in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at TELUS International Philippines. In 2020, they began working at KMC Solutions, Inc. as an IT Onsite Support/Service Desk Analyst, where they were responsible for delivering first class service, advice and technical support to clients, through the highest standards of customer service, efficiency, knowledge and integrity. In 2021, they became a Helpdesk Technician II at Stefanini North America and APAC, where they provided technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web chat and responded to end-user problems based on standard procedures. Robely Jay currently works as an Application Support Specialist at Book4Time Inc. since 2022.
