Rebekah Kohls has a diverse work experience that showcases their growth and expertise in customer service and support roles. Rebekah began their career as a Tier 1 Customer Support Specialist at Bonterra in July 2018, where they provided excellent support to customers. In February 2019, they were promoted to the role of Team Lead Tier 1 Customer Support, where they demonstrated their leadership skills and ability to manage a team. From July 2020 to October 2021, Rebekah served as the Customer Service Support Manager, further developing their managerial skills. Rebekah then took on the role of Senior Support Manager from October 2021 to February 2024. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Support at Bonterra, a role they started in February 2024. Prior to their time at Bonterra, Rebekah also worked as a Bilingual Tutor at Literacy First from September 2017 to August 2018.
Rebekah Kohls completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst from 2014-2017. Rebekah also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Massachusetts Amherst during the same period.
