Anton Pavisic's work experience includes serving as the Head of Procurement and Vendor Services at Bond University since 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at The Star Entertainment Group from 2004 to 2007. From 2003 to 2004, they were a Team Leader Field Engineer at Fujitsu Technology Solutions, where they provided support for various Fujitsu clients and led projects such as the Gold Coast City Council Rollout and Coles Point of Sale system setups. Before that, Anton worked as a Helpdesk Analyst at RCI Pacific from 2002 to 2003. Anton began their career at Baulderstone Hornibrook in 1995, serving as a Contracts Administrator for commercial construction projects until 2000.

Anton Pavisic has a diverse education history. Anton pursued their higher education at Bond University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration in 2022. Additionally, in 2018, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Management from Bond University. Anton also engaged in various professional development courses, including a Persuasive Presentation Skills Masterclass by Michelle Bowden in 2019 and a Coaching and Mentoring Training program in 2016.
