Jenny Ha, MHA, has extensive experience in healthcare administration and customer service, currently serving as a Scheduler II at Sutter Health and a Server/Shift-Lead at Bonchon since January 2016. At Sutter Health, responsibilities include managing schedules, maintaining communication with clinical teams, and ensuring the organization of daily reports. Previous roles include Medical Staff Coordinator II and Medical Records Specialist, where knowledge in medical provider credentialing and data accuracy was demonstrated. Prior experience at UCSF Medical Center as a Practice Coordinator involved proficiency with Epic software and support of departmental operations. Jenny also holds a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University - East Bay, along with a Bachelor's degree from San Jose State University, and has completed additional studies at De Anza College and Washington Network For Innovative Careers.
