Darin Nesline

Strategic Product Manager at Bona

Darin Nesline's work experience starts with their role at Medtronic as an Associate Scientist from 1995 to 2000. Darin then joined the Peace Corps as a Volunteer, where they served as a Small Scale Family Fisheries volunteer in a remote village in the Amazon Region of Ecuador, teaching basic skills in Tilapia farming and providing agricultural and livestock support.

In 2004, Darin worked as a Craftsman at Martin Custom Construction for a year before joining Bona AB as a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Technical Services and Training Representative in 2005. In this role, they enhanced Bona's Technical Services and Training department through the development of bilingual support materials and programs. Darin also provided assistance and technical expertise to all Bona divisions, further developing their teaching expertise through Bona and association sand and finish schools.

From 2007 to 2011, Darin worked as a Territory Manager at Bona AB, where they managed the Rocky Mountain territory and achieved incremental profitable sales growth by building relationships with professional hardwood floor contractors and distributors. Darin was also responsible for training and educating contractors and distribution personnel on Bona's products and equipment.

In 2011, Darin transitioned to the role of Technical Services and Training Manager at Bona AB, where they managed the Bona US Training Program and the Technical Services and Training team/call center. Darin also participated in testing new products/practices and provided daily technical support for hardwood flooring installation.

Darin's most recent role at Bona AB was as a Strategic Product Manager, starting in May 2017. In this position, they strategically identified relevant product needs in the flooring industry, focusing on professional wood flooring installers, sport floor systems, and janitorial sanitation supply. Darin was responsible for product development, management, and maintenance, with a strong emphasis on identifying new products, applications, and concepts to drive Bona's growth as an innovative leader in the industry.

In 2022, Darin joined Friends of Red Rocks as a member of the Board of Directors. Their responsibilities include serving as a concert captain, cleanup captain, and volunteer for this non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and celebrating the magic of Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre through projects, education, and community outreach.

Darin Nesline earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995.
