Gyde Hinrichsen is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people and culture operations, currently serving as the People & Culture Operations Manager for Europe and the People & Culture Manager for Germany at Ravago since February 2022. Prior to this role, Gyde held various senior HR positions, including Director of Human Resources and Senior Manager of Human Resources at Hyfra Industriekühlanlagen GmbH - Lennox International Inc. from April 2016 to February 2022. Gyde's earlier experience includes serving as Senior HR Manager at Comma Soft AG and HR Manager at tremco illbruck, as well as a short tenure as Personalleiterin at SilverTours. Gyde's career began at TNS Infratest RI GmbH, where significant contributions were made as Personalleiterin focusing on Learning & Development. Gyde holds a Magister degree from Universität Kiel.
