Matt Miller has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bohler since October 2015. In this role, Matt proactively sources talent for the company's extensive footprint along the East Coast. Prior to Bohler, Matt held various positions at USA Hockey, where involvement as a Level 3 Official and Level 2 Coach highlights a commitment to sports. Additional experience includes roles as an Executive Recruiter at Modis, managing the full recruitment process for IT professionals, and as an Executive Researcher at RSA Americas, focusing on the Life Sciences industry. Matt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut in 2011 after graduating from Saint Peter's Prep in 2005.
