Callie Romano has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Callie began their career at Kwik Trip, Inc. as a Cashier and worked there from February 2012 to April 2015. Callie then worked as an Office Assistant at Laacke & Joys Company from May 2015 to September 2015. In 2016, they interned as a Marketing Intern at Cypress Homes from January to May. Callie also worked as an Event Planning Intern at UW Oshkosh Alumni Welcome and Conference Center from September 2016 to May 2017, where they gained experience in planning corporate events and communication with clients, vendors, and staff. Callie then joined Quad as a Corporate Trainee from August 2017 to August 2019. Callie was responsible for opening and closing the building, managing customer interactions, and organizing events as a Building Manager at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from September 2015 to May 2017. Callie returned to Quad in August 2019 as an HR Business Process Specialist, and later transitioned to the role of HR Business Process Lead in May 2022.
Callie Romano earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Marketing and Retail Management from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh between 2013 and 2017. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Project Management: Planning, Scheduling, and Control from the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development, with the year of completion being 2022.
