Eugenie van der Ven is a Change Manager at Boer & Croon since June 2020, specializing in strategy and transformation across various organizations. With a diverse background, Eugenie has held roles such as Project Manager for Schiphol and Product Owner for Tuindeco International, as well as participating in consultancy projects with various management teams. Prior experience includes a Research Associate position at Top of Minds, and research roles with FSA Research Project and Braingineers. Eugenie obtained a Master's degree in Behavioral Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, and has participated in an exchange program at HKBU School of Business.
