Alexei Naimushin, Ph.D., serves as the Engineering and Technology IP Licensing Lead at Boeing since January 2014, overseeing IP Valuation and Licensing for technology, engineering, and joint ventures. Previously, Naimushin held positions such as IP Licensing Managing Director and Regional Manager at Boeing Intellectual Property Licensing Company, where responsibilities included managing teams and negotiating licensing agreements. Naimushin is also the Principal of Strategic IP Consulting at Basic Element LLC, providing clients with IP and licensing strategies. Prior experience includes senior roles at Light Sciences Oncology, where Naimushin led IP strategy and business development, and at Light Sciences Corporation, where technology evaluations were conducted. Naimushin has a strong background in technology commercialization, having co-founded Seattle Sensor Systems, and possesses a Ph.D. in Biophysical Chemistry from the University of Washington, as well as a BS in Physics from Moscow State University.
