Allison Snodgrass has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as the Head of Technology at SoHacks, where they coordinated resources and assisted with event planning. In 2019, they became the IT Manager at Technology Integration Group, overseeing the company's IT operations until 2022. Also in 2019, they took on the role of Board Chair and Webmaster at the Esports in Education Foundation, where they facilitated programming and enabled youth participants to develop skills in esports-related disciplines. Most recently, they joined the Boeing Center at Tech Port in 2022 as the Head of Information Technology, leading the IT department. In addition, they briefly served as an Interim Production Manager, managing all productions and designing a flexible workflow for the production system.

Allison Snodgrass holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
