Tonya Yarbrough is a seasoned Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master with extensive experience in agile transformation and project management. Currently serving as the Lead Scrum Master at Delta Air Lines since 2018, Tonya coaches multiple UI development teams and exemplifies servant leadership in fast-paced environments. Previous roles include IT Resource Manager and Scrum Master at The Home Depot, where Tonya managed diverse teams and successfully transitioned projects from waterfall to agile methodologies. Additionally, Tonya has expertise as an Independent Consultant, Senior IT Manager at Paradies Lagardère, and held various positions at The Home Depot over an 18-year tenure. Tonya holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Chattahoochee Technical College.
