Alan Tsang is an experienced professional in the insurance and training sectors, currently serving as the Senior Manager in the Training Department at BOC Group Life Assurance Company Limited since May 2019, where Alan leads the Sales Training team. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Hang Seng Bank and HSBC within their respective Insurance Academies, as well as positions as a Training Manager at Hong Kong Life Insurance Limited and an Assistant Training Manager at AIA. Alan holds a Master of Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Social Administration from City University of Hong Kong.
