Chad Ferman has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Agency Manager for the Hendricks Morgan Owen Putnam agency at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance since September 2014, overseeing a team of 21 agents and 16 marketing associates with a focus on growth, development, and recruitment. Previously, from June 2009 to September 2014, Chad worked as an Agency Specialist, concentrating on the growth and training of agents in the Indianapolis area. Chad's earlier career includes roles as a Project Manager at Visual Resolutions, LLC, a 3D Artist/Animator at The Schneider Corporation, and a 3D Artist at American Structurepoint, Inc. Chad holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Graphics from Purdue University, earned in 2003.
