Maija Silamo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client leadership and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Client Lead and part of the Executive Board at Bob the Robot, Maija has been instrumental in various leadership initiatives, business transformation, and people development projects. Maija's prior roles include overseeing a large team as Client Group Director and managing significant client relationships as Client Service Lead, handling notable clients such as Elisa and Tokmanni. Earlier experience includes project management as Account Director at Bob Helsinki and as Account Manager for the Global Nokia account at Sek & Grey. Maija holds a BBA in International Business and Marketing from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
