Mariam Bity is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Chef de projets RH at BMCE Capital since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mariam worked as a Senior Consultant HRIS at ALTHEA for a brief period and gained extensive experience at SQORUS (ex S&H) from January 2019 to April 2022, focusing on internal projects and implementing HRIS systems for notable clients such as GEFCO and Orange Business Services. Other positions held include Ingénieur SIRH Experte GAP at ADP, Chargée de Ressources Humaines at Univar, and Recruitment and Training Officer at Siemens, among others. Mariam holds multiple degrees, including a Master en Ressources Humaines from IGS-RH and a Master Droit Social from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
