Prior to this, Mike worked at BT as the Head Of Service Management Practice and at EE as an ITIL Consultant and Senior Incident Analyst. Mike's experience also includes roles at Vertex Financial Services and Lloyds Banking Group. Mike graduated from Chosen Hill in 2003.
