Mr. Rieger leads a majority of BlueWater’s Department of Defense (DoD) operational portfolio from the company’s Tampa, FL office, ensuring outstanding mission performance and delivery for our DoD customers. He has over 19 years’ experience within DoD mission focus areas that include Command & Control (C2), Intelligence, IT Delivery, Joint Operations, and Operational Mission Support. In his role, Scott also assists with the company’s business development efforts. He holds a BS in Management Information Systems from the University of Tampa and is a certified PMP. Prior to joining BlueWater in 2016, Scott was a Sr. Command & Control Specialist at Joint Staff and previously an Intelligence Professional in the U.S. Navy.
