In terms of additional certifications, Frederick obtained the UNLEASH Management Development Program certificate from The Ken Blanchard Companies in 2023, along with ITIL 4 ® Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice and ITIL® v4 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert, both in 2022.
