Rebeccah Burgin, MBA, has a strong track record in operations and leadership roles. Rebeccah has extensive experience in overseeing and scaling operations, driving revenue growth, and launching new products. In their most recent role as Executive Director of Operations at Blueprint Test Prep, they achieved a 6% increase in profit margins through strategic optimization and led a large department of 450+ employees. Prior to that, they held senior and director-level positions at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where they implemented staffing and insurance reporting improvements. Rebeccah also worked at Ednovate Inc as Director of Quality, where they played a key role in the expansion of the organization. Earlier in their career, they worked at Green Dot Public Schools as a Science Curriculum Specialist & Coach, and at Mastery Charter Schools as a Physics Instructor and Academic Supervisor. Rebeccah's expertise lies in operations management, strategic planning, and driving continuous improvement.

Rebeccah Burgin, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management. Rebeccah also earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
